so i just ordered a noctua nhd15s because i have all ways wanted one and because im a silence freak but im still using my h100i at the moment and i have had it for nearly 4 years now and i think its starting to die because when i first put it on my i7 it was fine it maxed out at like 60c but now im playing csgo and imm seeing the temps his 81c and its under volted do you think the pump is dieing now because i have noticed that my idle temps are around 43c to 50c and the mount is fine and i also notice the pump light flash from time to time

I don't think the H100i includes a Variable Speed Pump. If it's undervolted, that is shortening its life.

Replace thermal paste, clean the rad. If that didn't do anything, then yes, the pump might be broken.

yeah cleaned the rad 1 week a go when i got a new case and the thermal paste is only 4 months old and it was fine like 1 month a go
