Blue screen = black pixel

so i have had a problem with a pixel on my new monitor, in which whenever there was a black screen there was a blue pixel, a stuck pixel, not a dead one as this is only with black backgrounds. now, after running UD Pixel fixer to fix this it has fixed the blue pixel problem, but now it seems that the problem has inversed,the same stuck pixel is black now, but only in blue backgrounds.
