I understand, it is no where near like my 850w EVGA G2 fur example ( which arrived dead ) though people have had much higher end rigs in there systems. A GTX 950 and or 270x or 370 will be fine.

You're pushing it with the 430W. You might be able to pull off the 960/380, but it would be real close.

would gtx 960. or. gtx 660 be ok ??

Those are two very different PSUs, no more then 950 in my opinion.
