HELP! Formatting drives problem

First, I made a post about 30 mins ago asking how to wipe my drives free of junk programs and such and followed a users suggestion by going into updates & security and selecting one of the options to restart and reinstall the OS I think BUT upon doing that I was 66% of the way into the process when my CPU suddenly decides to fucking overheat and shutdown. And now I get an error message saying it can't find an OS to boot from. I don't have a disk or a cd and I don't even think I have the full product key code. I only have the first 21 letters/numbers as the las few digits are ripped off. I am beyond pissed about this happening.

then the only thing you have to do, download windows 10 from microsoft and use their bootable USB tool and put it on a USB device, enter bios and select that USB as the boot device and install, you don't need the key if you had win 10 before the crash.
