Minecraft FTB Server Issues

Hey, setting up a Crash Landing 1_1_3 Feed the beast server on minecraft 1.7.10 and just encountered an issue. 

 

I suspect this is something to do with the new eula.txt? I don't have a eula.txt as far as I know, nowhere to be seen.

 

I get the following when I run the ServerStart.bat file in CMD

Then if I press any key it closes the CMD window.

I just downloaded it today so yes.

Well it looks like some of the mods aren't compatible with the forge version, try using a different version of the server client.

 

And i assume you have to most up to date java version as well?
