Don't be fooled by the bottom line of my sig, that is just for my travels.

So you're telling me that Gaben is no God? Enough of your foolishness.

My hardware you ask? I'm using a Dell Inspiron 3217 Notebook... With an LG 25UM57.

Only get it if its gonna be really worth $2000 + loss from selling current PC. Nice monitor choice.

Not quite sure if I was gonna sell the rig. Might give it to my older brother because his desktop is super outdated.

Question for you as I am looking to get a new build for. The one you have here is just around $100 more than mine and I just want to see if it runs pretty well?

Runs really well for me. Low temps, great FPS with some slight stuttering in lower-end games (like LoL). The only thing I have to complain about is that it's a tad loud, but I'll probably get some AF120s in the future.

The hardware chosen is pretty decent for the new build, don't see any issues. Maybe get a better case like a Fractal Arc Mini/Arc Midi.

AF 120's aren't very quiet. Look into BeQuiet or Noctua. BeQuiet has some really good value fans.

Does BeQuiet make the Silent Wings 2 in 140mm. The Noctua fans are quite hideous, so I'll get some 120mm ones in the front.

Yes, the Silent Winds 2 come in 140mm. Also look at Fractal Venturi airflow (3 pin) and static pressure (4 pin for radiators.)

Yeah I've seen the advertisements, but haven't seen much else. Time for some late-night research fun
