What would likely be the ideal OC speed for an FX-8350 cpu being cooled by an H100i GTX cooler

4,8ghz. With that motherboard, cooling and CPU you should be able to achieve it provided you didn't get unlucky with the chip.

Around the 4.7 mark. Preferably more.

It's always ideally mode. :3 that's the entire thing with overclocking. Get as high as possible..
