Something wrong with my internet

When i try to watch youtube videos or anime on kiss anime it takes 10 years to load. It sometimes doesnt even load at all. This is my internet speed http://www.speedtest.net/result/4957440648.png It was fine like 3 weeks ago but it started to slow down.

YouTube I know has slow times on it's own but as for other sites I'm not sure. Try doing the simple Pc Support things like resetting your router and what not. Forgetting and reconnecting to the network.

When does it seem to slow down? It's possible that since it's the holiday season, bandwidth resources are overwhelmed. Especially if you live in a dense community.
