My windows keep bugging and crashing.Help please

My windows keep bugging and crashing..all of my pc troubleshooting not working..windows update not working at all..should i reinstall my windows..bcause im still in windows 7...i can update to windows 10..or any other solution ..help me plz..thank!!

You should reinstall windows, then upgrade to 10. You might just have a virus, but that would also lead me to recommend a reinstall also.

I can still open my folder and other software but someone of included software with windows are bug.not all program bugging and crashing..so maybe i can just go install windows 10
