Steam Question

Hi guys. Just a quick question about Steam.......

 

I get my PC on the 7th. If I download and play a game. As an example Assassin's creed Syndicate, would I be able to download my other Steam games in the background so I don't have to sit there and watch them download before I can play them??

Yes but you'll have to change the setting as mentioned above.
