After a long period of research, I have chosen parts that I think will be suited to my needs, and run new games like XCOM 2, that my current Hp 320 does not meet the minimum requirements for. Do you see any problems with these parts, and do you reccomend any others? I have many questions about the parts..

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pKXZVn

○CPU: I have heard everywhere that this particular processor is the best in performance and quality for its price range. However, it only has 2 cores. For light gaming, should I sacrifice GHZ and affordability for more cores? Will it make that much of a difference?

○Motherboard: I don't know too much about motherboards. Is this one up to par?

○RAM: Is it safe to buy it used? I've heard that used RAM doesn't really make a difference. Should I save $ and buy it used, or be safe and buy it new?

○Storage: Is 60 GB overkill for sole use as a boot SSD?

○Video card: No questions

○Case: I noticed that the case has only 2 fan headers. Should I be concerned about this?

○Power supply: The projected electrical requirements of the components are much less than the total output of the power supply. Is this a waste?

○Should I buy extra cables/doodads, or just use the included components?

○Does anybody have any recommendations for alternative parts comparable in price to my own?

○My desk space is pretty constricted. By choosing miniITX, am I constraining my potential performance?

Chasem121 just picked out a build for a bit less for a similar situation. You may have an issue with that CPU as some games now require 4 cores.
