MMCX cables

Hey guys.

 

So for a couple of days I have been looking for a decent cable with MMCX connectors, the likes used by Shure SE or Westone IEMs, preferably one that has an in-line microphone and basic controls and works with Android. So far, the only ones I've found are cheapo chinese ones on ebay that don't look very good and have bad reviews, so I was wondering: is there such a thing as a decent phone cable for Android for those IEMs at all? I know Shure's aren't very good and are pretty pricy and Westone's only work on iOS devices.
