Confusing Bios! Help!

I went in bios to put my graphics card I installed as primary but I don't know where to go?I have a H97M Anniversary motherboard and my monitor is connected to my graphics card via hdmi cable. It wont show up in device manager either!

I am trying to set my R9 380 4G as my primary video card instead of intel 4600 Graphics. 

You just plug it into the card.

My current build - Ever Changing.

Number 1 On LTT LGA 1150 CPU Cinebench R15

I dont know because I never had built in graphics but 3 things to check:

1. is the gpu plugged in correctly nicely seated in the right pcie slot try re seating maybe.

2. the gpu drivers are installed.

3. try going on cpu in the bios and you can maybe find a way to disable on board graphic?

Then it is connected as primary.
