I need a simple recording program.

I need a simple recording program that is a website that can record for a long period of time and then download as an MP3.

 

I'm doing this on a chromebook with my blue yeti, so that's why I need to to be a website. It can also be an item from the chrome store if needed.

 

But: If any of you know a windows or mac one, that would be a last resort.
