Nvidia are dicks and forbid it

Why does no company ever re-brand NVIDIA Titan series? By re-brand I mean add new coolers like EVGA Hybrid and others?

I could be wrong, but I don't think Nvidia allows companies to redesign the PCB. Which leads to manufacturers not making coolers. (The only one I know of the Gigabyte Extreme series cooler)

iChill, GIGABYTE, and Zotac have aftermarket cooled Titan X' s.
