Upgrading an old school 2007 Alienware Area 51 7500 P2 chassis

Love the case but it's time to upgrade the insides.

Alienware P2 Chassis: Alienware® P2 Chassis with AlienIce™ 3.0 Video Cooling - Space Black
System Lighting: Alienware® Standard System Lighting - Fusion Red
Power Supply: Alienware® 750 Watt Multi-GPU Approved Power Supply
Graphics Processor: Single Graphics Processor - 512MB NVIDIA® GeForce™ 8800 GT
Processor: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6750 2.66GHz 4MB Cache 1333MHz FSB
Memory: 2GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz - 2 x 1024MB
Motherboard: Alienware® Approved NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI Motherboard
System Drive: Single Drive Configuration - 250GB SATA 3Gb/s 7,200RPM 16MB Cache
Optical Drives : Single Drive Configuration - 20X Dual-Layer DVD±RW
Enthusiast Essentials: Dual High Performance Gigabit Ethernet Ports
Sound Card: High-Definition 7.1 Performance Audio

Downside:

- There are very few cable pass throughs currently so cable management might be an issue.

-  The Power supply is at the top of the case and there is no top venting so no H100i dual fan register

- Looking at getting all new innards:

ASUS Z97 Pro Gamer motherboard

Intel i7-4790K

32 GB Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3 1600

Cooler Master 80+Gold Semi modular 750W Power supply

250GB SSD + WD Green 3TB

I am stuck on the CPU cooler. I watched Linus' fan testing so gave up on the Corsair H80i.

I don't think there is any room for H100i dual fan register.

Can anyone recommend a good air cooler. We have never overclocked but would like to give it a try if we could get cooling sorted out.

Thanks for any tips or suggestions.
