300R Compatible Grommets

I know this subject has been brought up before and I know that the the 800D and 600T grommets will fit the 300R. What I would like to know is if the grommet set for the 350D will fit the 300R. I sent Corsair this question and was simply told to get the set for the 600T,I feel like thats the generic answer they give everyone. The reason I ask is because the price difference in the sets one is $15.99 the other is $3.99. Does anyone have access to both a 350D and 300R?

Get the set that's for the 350D. The 600T set comes with twice as many grommets as the 350D, which explains the extra price (even though most of it's just profit). In the end, you'll be able to send them back if it doesn't work out. Good luck!

Sending them back would be one way to do it but by the time I do that and pay shipping both ways I might as well just buy the set for the 600T. That begin said I've compared several pictures of both the 800D and 350D and i'm reasonably sure the grommets are the same. I'm just going to order the 350D set and i'll let everyone know how it goes, I'll also give some insight on the HDD upgrade kit since I plan on getting that too. After 50+ views, 1 response, and no definitive answer the results will hopefully be useful for others.

I can now confirm that the grommet kit for the 350D is compatible and will work with the 300R. I also ordered the 300r HDD upgrade kit and two replacement HDD trays. The HDD upgrade kit only comes with two trays but can hold four that's why I ordered extra. Links for these products are below as well as before and after pictures of the grommets.

I actually bought the 800D set because it came with so many. Sold off the extra and actually made money on the whole thing. Win Win I guess. Fit great.
