Streaming?!?!?!?

I currently have a 970 and a fx 6300. I would like to know what processor to upgrade to. I would be streaming games like start wars battlefront, cs:go, rainbow six siege, gta 5, and battlefield 4. Would i be able to stream at 1080p? And would any processor with an AM3+ slot be good for streaming.

get the Xeon 1231v3 its Budget and the 4 HT cores will help a lot with streaming
