No, but you can either buy Bitfenix extensions or sleeve them yourself.

You can use these, but bear in mind you will still need an extnesion for the 24 pin, and will lose half of your PCIe power cables by using them (4 down to 2), as the CX750M to my knowledge uses 2 sets of pins on a single cable, whilst these do not.
