Sandisk or Kingston?

As a follow up to my previous topic on ssds, I realised purchasing a 120gb Samsung 850 evo for my OS as well as a 500gb Samsung 850 evo for my bulk storage puts me over budget. So in order to remain within my budget, I need to divert to a 120gb sandisk or Kingston ssd. This will be for my OS, both a similarly priced, which should I get?

EDIT: alternatively if the Samsung one is really worth it I may be able to divert funds from other areas to get it.

I've got a 2tb hard drive for my bulk storage already,I'm buying an 850 for the games where my load times are insufferable, such as my heavily modded skyrim, the witcher 3, fallout 4, et.

You could do a 240GB and 500GB Crucial BX200
