Using 2 microphones with a splitter?

Without going all audio engineer on your ass, they're called splitters for a reason. Not joiners.

A friend of mine and myself wants to know if we connect a splitter to both Mic in and Headset Jacks on the laptop will both mic and headset work? :)) 

I know it's a pretty stupid question.. Forgive my noobness. :D

Well That's why we asked. =)) 

Though our though process was if it was wired in order to duplicate sound it shall in theory work the other way since sound is a "wave"

By using a splitter as a joiner you are crossing those waves' path. What happens when waves collide?
