SSD Slow write speeds

luneki

So i have my SSD, which i only use for games and the OS, 238 GB total, 26GB used, and i benchmarked it with CrystalDiskMark:

And then with ATTO:

As you can see the read speeds are fine, but write is really slow, i already followed guides for optimizing SSDs, updated drivers, partition is aligned, running on AHCI, and it's plugged in a SATA3 port. SSD is an ADATA XPG SX900.

Suggestions?

What OS? How old is the drive and what percentage of capacity is it at? That drive uses the sandforce 2281 controller. A quick search points to a bunch of issues regarding TRIM not working properly.

If the drive has issues with TRIM, writes will start operating very slowly as the controller has to go ahead and wipe every bit before it writes to it again.
