Windows 10 Ram issues with system process

Hello everyone

After i have upgrade to windows 10 my ram started make issues after i am playing some PC games like after 2-3 hours there is a process that called System and its can reach up to 80% of using ram and then i need to restart to fix it. is anyone know how to fix it its will really help me out here.

Does anyone know? There's a "System" process inside Task Manager that pops up eating up most of the RAM of his system resulting him to restart his PC when he has stopped playing a certain game for awhile.

Does anyone know? There's a "System" process inside Task Manager that pops up eating up most of the RAM of his system resulting him to restart his PC when he has stopped playing a certain game for awhile.

All i know is that system is a completely normal process however it should not take more then 500mb ram
