Missing DLL

I cannot load Camtasia, it says I am missing WMASF.dll how do I fix it?

Uninstall, and re-install the program and see if it helps. It could be that the file got corrupted on your system (had a virus/malware at some point in time?)

No help, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. The only explanation I found on the internet is to reinstall media feature pack which I did and still no help.
