Just wanted to find out with what products (games), that were released this year on pc, you guys were lucky this year and what disappointed you.

As for me:

  • was looking forward to gta 5 - turned out as a quite nice game for me (thx rockstar)
  • disappointed with fallout 4 - got some kind of an updated version of fallout 3 instead of desired fallout 4 (lol even the main quest is about dad and son again; I mean, r u serious, bethesda?)

P.S. I also don't really like what devs did to the new SW battlefront game: this new characted system introduced some balance problems into the game process.

Expected GTA V to be good, it was.

Expected Witcher 3 to be great, it was.

That's the extent of me trusting game devs.

Expected FO4 to be meh, seems to be.

Yeah, I hope that dishonored 2 won't follow the fallout 4 path :D

Really enjoyed GTA 5 and Witcher 3 which i was looking forward to and did not disappoint.

I can see why people may have found fallout 4 lack luster but i was not on the hype train so i still enjoyed it overall.

Really enjoyed stuff such as Rocket League which i had no idea about and then one day it was out, really fun game!

What was meh..hm Batman i guess, i needed to complete earlier batman games but would have picked it up at some point in the future...but probably wont since there are some still problems i hear so that kind of sucks, since there was soo much complaining that who knows if they will release more batman titles to the PC...

I got to try VR (occulus) at an event. It was a mix bag because the game they showed was awful... but trying VR for the first time was fun and want to try more (with better games!!)

- Finally bought Bioshock Infinite - great, unique story with an awesome art style and an amazing setting, boring gameplay, awesome ending though.

- Surprised by Rocket League - this game blew up fast and heck even the servers got overloaded and crashed. And rightfully so, because this game is SO fun(and frustrating) and like nothing I ever played before and I hate sports games

- Just Cause 3 - like jc2, just more over the top with new toys

- The overhyped Fallout 4 - good game, expected better but i did overhype it, though it still could be better, but still offered me a lot of hours of entertainment

- Treyarch's try at a future warfare COD game: Black Ops 3 - I played several CODs but only owned MW2 which I put a bit more than 400 hrs into. BO3 is my first COD game on PC and first COD game I bought since MW2. I'm addcited to COD again, already have 48 hours on it and I bought it the 23rd. Campaign is crap, zombies are cool I guess but not my thing, MP is really fun but has a lot of OP BS in it. Still a really fun game

- The amazing Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons - hearing TotalBiscuit say this is his favorite game of all time, I just had to try it. Only 3 hours long, but damn it is one of the best singleplayer experiences I have ever played period! A must buy imo!

there are more games I played but these stand out the most to me.

Specs of my PC:

CPU: AMD FX 8350  Motherboard: Gigabyte 990XA UD3  GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 Windforce 2GB  HDD: WD Green 2TB SSD:  Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD RAM: Corsair 8GB(2X4) PSU: CoolerMaster G650M

Witcher 3: best game I have ever played.

Fallout 4: most overhyped game.
