1. Budget & Location
My budget is 500-600 ish, and my location, as in my name Ireland :D

2. Aim
I'm aiming to use this for gaming with my friend on games such as GTA V or H1Z1 on normal settings 60fps.

3. Monitors
I still need a monitor,although that won't be included in my PC build budget, so any suggestions would be nice.

4. Peripherals
I still need a mouse and keyboard, any mouse and keyboard would do. :)

That GPU is going to hurt :(

 

You may be better saving some on the CPU and grabbing a 4460 or so
