Help - Input Not Supported

Recently I connected my pc (desktop) to a Samsung TV to watch movies on it, after reconnecting my pc to my second monitor (acer k202hql 19.5) instead of TV I got input not supported message, I have tried unplugging and resetting AL resolutions to default.

The weird part is that when starting up my startup screen (where I can chose to go into bios) is on the acer, but after that I get the message input not supported and the screen goes to Benq monitor??? Also when I was in safe mode the monitor worked but in normal mode not?!

What kind of cables are you using?

My gtx 970 wf3 doesn't have a vga output, so I am using a dvi d to vga adapter for my acer k202hql and a hdmi for my benq
