I'm looking to go for a matte black with glossy black accents and either small pink accents or RGB lighting. I have a sabertooth X79 so it will require heavy modding.

I am thinking of plasti-dipping the motherboard in matte black then getting some glossy black thermal conductive paint for the RAM sinks and other heat generating components.

My main problem is, as an Australian, is the lack of availability of paints in any local stores. I know Linus got a can of stove paint and painted a stock Intel heatsink but that kind of thing just isn't in shops here.

Tl;dr I would appreciate a recommendation on a glossy black thermal conductive paint I can buy either in Australia or get it shipped to Australia as well as somewhere to buy Plasti-dip in Australia.

The spray paint doesn't need to be high heat spray paint in general regular spray paint will work on heatspreaders for RAM and motherboard heatsinks without any issues. For some of the best colors and tints though automotive spray paints are some of the best to use, compared to regular hardware store stuff.

I have a write up here under Motherboard and RAM Painting which goes over all of that including Plasti-dip:
