You can run the 7770 off of a decent 300-350w.

It would work but I wouldn't go with a CM psu.

Get this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

^ Same suggestion as this guy.

Eh. It's a great PSU and would work fine for the build (quite a good deal, as well). However, while I don't claim to know if OP would plan this to facilitate future upgrades or not, I'd SUGGEST getting something with a bit more oomph, even just a higher watt builder series, to allow a bit more headroom for the future.

^ this or the CX430M if you prefer to have a semi modular PSU to help with cable managment for $10 more: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139049

Alternatively you may consider the CX500(M) if you must have more power for future updates: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139050&Tpk=cx500m. I'd honestly just recommend sticking with the CX430M and then upgrading the PSU later on when when doing a major upgrade.
