Replaced Graphics card, now computer won't boot past Bios

Magma

I replaced my graphics card from a 610 to 960 turbo. Now when I power on my pc it will go into bios, when I hit exit with or without saving it will go right back into bios. All power cords are connected all usb devices have been taken out except mouse, no error message although the blinking cursor on boot now goes down and back up instead of staying on the same line. Yes, I have turned it off and on again.

I did take out the mobo to do some cable management. Checked all power and sata connections. 2 people have tried to help me but have not been successful.

Heyo, it's boyo here.

I was going to give grief on using the nvidia 610, but not all systems have integrated gpu huh?

1. Clear cmos. While battery is out, say the lords prayer, then put the battery back in.

2. You still got your 610? Try putting that back in.

3. I find having a keyboard is more critical than having a mouse.

Honestly, your psu should be giving enough juice.

Evga 500W 80+ certified not modular, is this a possible source for not launching past bios?

It is launching into bios automatically, I just need to leave bios but it will go right back into bios. No settings have been lost. I can try to reinstall the old graphics card.

Great. You can now see the bios page? Thats a start.

Now you mentioned you tidied up the cables. Make sure the sata ports are plugged in exactly where they were. If your os disk was connected to sata0, make sure its back in sata0. And if that fails, check your boot priority.
