Windows recovery virus

I somehow managed to get a virus that, after some searching, seems to have the name Windows Recovery Virus.

 

I got it in a download, when i opened the exe it wiped my whole D drive.

 

I lost everything on it, scanned everything (nothing found, used bitdefender and malwarebytes), is it possible there are other things wrong with that hard drive aswell or that the virus is still on the drive?
