Good Migrating SW

hello guys merry Christmas by the way.

 i just bought a WD 500GB blue drive for my PC but  all my 130GB files and programs are in a separate hard drive so can u suggest a good sw for migrating some files and programs. i am thinking of re-installing windows so no need for that.

If you're reinstalling Windows, do so then drag-and-drop the files using Windows File Explorer into the proper directories.  If your current drive is your main drive, you could clone it (which won't require reinstalling Windows), but it will copy over everything on there, so keep that in mind.
