Razer Kraken Pro Broken?

I bought a Razer Kraken Pro headset about a year ago and just now today the sound quality, bass, and loudness dropped. When ever I am playing a youtube video I can't even hear the person's voice talking. When I played music the noise level gets too its unscrewed up state for a second and then it drops off to where I can't hear hardly anything. I have Razer Cortex and Synapse installed. Though I don't think they are the problem becuase I calibrated my Kraken and the sound levels and balencers on the sourround pro software are all normal. The surround button is on too. Cortex I don't even think that matters but I'm just putting that out there so you know. I also had recently had power surge issues which killed my mouse and keyboard. I fixed that (I think) by getting a tier 2 psu and getting a usb hub (It wasn't home power becuase I had my psu plugged in a surge protector). I don't know whether my motherboard being possibly damaged would have anything to do with it since the headset is not usb therefore it is the only thing connected to my motherboard.

Please fix for dark theme users. Try using it with another computer or device that outputs sound. If it sounds normal, then get a sound card for you PC, if it doesn't, get a new pair of headphones.
