Every time I go on a webpage or watch a video on YouTube, a TV-Show using some software on my computer, It will freeze up and unfreeze after about five seconds and it will do that periodically unless I am just doing simple web-browsing or even on games it doesn't do that from the hours of ArmA 3 i have played since I put this in my system yesterday. My question is: Is my low-end GPU causing these problems ever since I added my 4790k in? These problems weren't occurring before and no matter what I am getting a new GPU within the next 3-4 days but, I just wanna know to be sure a new GPU will solve the issue.

What is your current GPU? (The 'low end one', there's no way you are referring to the Fury X)

Have you tried a different browser?

(Don't use Internet Explorer. If you have Firefox try Chrome, or visa versa)

I assume it isn't related to your internet speed. But it could be. What's your internet speeds?

i7 4790k | MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition | G.Skill Ripjaws X 16 GB | Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB | 2x Seagate Barracuda 2TB | MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr V | Fractal Design R4 | EVGA 650W

A gaming PC for your budget: $800 - $1000 - $1500 - $1800 - $2600 - $9001

Internet is fine, I have 60+ mbps download and 4+ mbps upload from Charter. My current GPU is listed above, a R7 260x, a quite low-end one. I use Firefox all the time as well.

Ok, internet sounds fine. Your GPU should be able to handle a video, even though its a lower end one.

Try using Chrome (and update flash if you're using it, though I think it should be using HTML 5 if your computer supports it)

I think I may have solved the problem by enabling V-Sync on the card. It wasn't just a video issue with Youtube or anything, it was whenever I loaded a movie, or a website with pictures/ads etc,,
