Hello all!

First off, merry Christmas if you celebrate that. I got a ton of shit to add to my PC, like an MSI Z97S SLI Krait motherboard, RM650x, Hyper212Evo, SSD, and NZXT S340. Anyway, as I was booting up the upgraded system for the first time, I had my HDD and SSD both plugged in to SATA power and data. I'm using a new motherboard, so it's probably going to flip its shit and spazz out because drivers and stuff. I was going to reinstall windows on the SSD and leave the HDD unplugged for now, but I had already powered the machine on with everything plugged in, and windows didn't flip out. It just booted from my HDD straight into Win10 and no problems.

Is that some kind of deal with Win10, the new MoBo, or what?

Just thought that would be interesting to share.

P.S. I'm porting my OS over to the SSD if you're left hanging there.

Fuck. Oh well. I'm not doing anything with it anyway.

I changed mobo's (z97 to another z97) and basically got the same results as you. I was at least expecting driver issues but almost everything worked fine. I still did a fresh install after changing but it was surprising
