Norton + Windows Firewall

How do you deny Norton access to Windows Firewall? Because they're blocking private networks so I can't get Internet

cant you disable norton firewall in settings and use the windows firewall? every security software I used lets you customize it pretty much how you want but I havent used norton in forever.

depends on what version of Norton you're on.... it should be in the norton settings. if not you might have to uninstall.

 

However, this is probably unnecessary if you would like to describe your problem in more detail we could probably get around it with still using Norton firewall.

Solution: Uninstall norton and get a good antivirus. (I'd suggest Avast or AVG)

basically I can choose what's trusted and what's not and stuff in the Norton firewall settings. But the problem is that I need to connect to my private network to get Internet, and Norton won't let me get close to touching the firewall and my control over the networking side of it
