After Effects not rendering

OK, I think I've managed to render out the text.  Don't ask me what was causing the issue because I am not 100% certain.  What you need to do us unlock the layer with the text.  Select it then in the menu Layer make sure Guide Layer is not checked.  If you look in the two screenshots you posted, notice that there is a blue hash/pound symbol in the text layer's name your Video Transition.  That indicates it is a guide layer.

 

A layer that is set as a guide layer normally does not get rendered.

 

It Works!

 

NOTE: with After Effects CC, start using the included Cinema 4D lite instead of Ray Traced 3D.  Adobe considers RT3D obsolete for the latest versions of AE.

Adobe After Effects does not render 3d text or lighting it only exports the photo. things i have tryed are different render settings i tryed exporting it from adobe after effects render box and adobe media encoder but none rendered the text and lighting lastly i exported 3d text i made a few weeks ago and it exported every thing fine same rendering settings.

top is the one that didnt render bottom is the one that rendered fine. 

Adobe After Effects 2015 CC and Adobe Media encoder 2015 CC and im on Windows 10

Package the project along with all included media in a compressed file and send it to me, let me test what might be wrong.

The AEP file along with the images, video and audio files you might have in your sequence.  Use something like WeTransfers and post the download link in a PM.

 

When I work in AE and Premiere, each new project is given its own folder where all related media is placed so that I can easily transfer it to another workstation or share with others.

That's why I suggested use a service like WeTransfers which is free for up to 2GB of files and send it to me via PM on this forum.

Go to the Layer Menu in AE and select "New > Maxon Cinema 4D file".

is maxon cinema 4d hard to use? i just learned ray traced 3d

 

I don't know, but there are lots of online tutorials.
