How much cooling would a fx6300 need for it to constantly turbo? (Looking at getting one for a friends budget gaming pc) And if the stock cooler is good enough what does it sound like? Is it crazy loud?

Not much, I have a Xigmatek Cobra that keeps my FX-6100 cool.
