Switching SSDs- Help!

I purchased a Samsung 850 EVO and I got it today, and I already have a Kingston SSDNow 240GB SSD and I want to setup the Samsung has my boot/main drive and Kingston as extra storage. What software should I use and how should I clone the Kingston, and then transfer it to the Samsung and delete eveything off of the Kingston. Thanks!

The Samsung drive should have came with software to clone the drive. 

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.
