I have a stuck blue pixel on mostly black backgrounds, white is normal color and same goes for most other colors besides black. Is there a fix to this? if so, what is is?

its back and the website wont work this time.

 

Check what the acceptable dead pixel count is for your device and if its above that return it. If not then you may be stuck with it :(
