Safe voltage for AMD gpu

SO i am overclocking my r9 285 and can't hit 1100 without extra voltage. I am scared of putting too much in so if you could say how much is safe. This is going to be a permanent overclock not just a benching one. Also how high should I set my power limit?

as long as temps are under 85*C you can max the voltage and power

Thanks only hitting 64 at the moment

thats a great temp.. i would only worry when your hitting 80c

Try to stay below 1.3v.
