what you guys think ? any good for 'next gen' games ?, if i OC it will it be close to 770 ?

i think it is, and yes it will be and i would say within 5%

Yes it's a pretty good deal, one of the better GPU's out there.

Also, overclocking is just about luck. Whatever happens the 680 should be good enough to run most new games at highest settings, don't worry! :)

Yeah, I would say if you want a 680, that's a good deal. Asus DirectCU II coolers are very nice, great for overclocking. I shouldn't think you'd need to OC to get 770 performance however, it'll be very similar to 770. You will get great performance out of it and you need not worry about it not being able to run 'next-gen' games. It will... very well :)
