1080p 60+ FPS Machine

SaltGuy

Hi all, this is my first post and I just wanted to see what you guys think I can do to improve the build on my mind.

1. Budget and Location
1,000-1,400 USD, United States

2. Aim
I want to build a computer that can run fairly demanding titles like BF4 on Ultra settings at 1080p and 60+FPS, and that can run more demanding games like Crysis 3 on Mid-High settings at 1080p and 45+FPS. I'll be bringing the PC to college next year as a Computer Science student if that matters.

3. Monitor
I want a 1080p 144Hz monitor to take advantage of potential frame rates far beyond 60, but that is beyond the scope of this particular build.

4.Peripherals
$30-40 KB+M and Windows 10 Home Edition

5. Why the Upgrade
My current PC can't even run Unturned or Garry's Mod satisfactorily at 720p and normal settings. And frankly I just want to build a computer :P

This is indeed vastly superior but change the Black to a Blue and the 250GB SSD to a 120GB SSD and get a 390X

How would the 390X improve performance in, say, Crysis 3 or The Witcher 3?
