Hydro H75

I just opened my Christmas presents and I told my dad that I wanted an H60 but since there were no more I guess he got me a H75. I know this is an older liquid cooler and on the box it says it supports AM3. The thing is, I have an AMD FX 6350 which uses AM3+. I want to know if I can still use the Hydro H75 on my 6350, because I am lazy, and don't feel like walking over to my dad on his recliner in the living room and asking him to drive back to Fry's and get a return on the H75. So can I use the H75 on an AM3+ socket?

Yes it will work.

Of course you can. AM3 and AM3+ are the same socket with a couple different pins. They have been using the same mounting design since I think AM2 or AM1. Same with Intel.

 

And the H75 is a good cooler, I would say it's better than the H60 but I'm not that familiar with Corsair coolers.
