I have no issue with people going with budget cases, but I suppose I'm somewhat confused as to why. I mean, the case is one of those pieces that is likely to survive multiple builds, so why skimp out? I'm honestly just looking for opinions. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for, so I have no issue splurging on a nice case. I've collected statues for a long time, and have had a hard time understanding how someone could put thousands of dollars of statues in a cheap ass display case. I feel the same holds true with extravagant PC builds.

I'm not quite sure what you're getting at…

the difference between a "budget" case and a nicer one is probably about 75-100bucks. For someone who has the money to spend it may be worth it. But others who may be students or work and live on their own, etcetera, literally don't have that extra money to spend. I had to eat one meal a day to save up for my first build, and I waited to buy the case I used it sitting on the mobo box in the open air for months before I had enough for a case.
