Stuck at windows 8 lock screen.

Hi, I went to turn on my computer this morning and when I got to the lock screen and tried to click or press a key to get to the login screen nothing happend.  I tried to plug my keyboard and mouse in other USB ports but it still wouldn't work. The keyboard and mouse do work cause I used them in the BIOS without a problem.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?
