GPU Cooling radiator placement

I was wondering if anyone would like to help me figure out where to put my 2 GTX 980ti hybrid radiators at in my case. I have a NZXT Phantom 820. There is a peice of paper in the box with the hybrids showing examples of what it should look like in your PC. The correct way says the tubing should run towards the top of the case. Well there is a slight issue with that because of a massive CPU Cooler in my way, so I was wondering if I could run the tubes downward because there are 2 120mm radiator/fan sockets or whatever there called at the bottom of my case. Oh and the place where I want to put the fans is elivated off the stand for better airflow. If anyone is willing to look up the case and tell me if it would work it would be much appreciated thank you!
