Good 1151 Mobo?

Go to solution Solved by IanDrexP,

Yea i've seen it but i don't know the difference between asus z170-pro or the asus z170-a. they look pretty similar.

I only see the difference in the RAM speed, USB 3.1 controller, audio codec and SLI support. If you don't plan to go SLI then go with the Z170-A instead to save. :)

Want to make a skylake build, any good motherboards in the range of like 150-230 dollars.

Depends on what CPU you will be using.

I'm Planning on getting the 6600k since it's easier to get than the 6700k.

Try to look at these: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/motherboard/#X=15000,23000&s=30&c=110&sort=a8&page=1

Any specific color scheme, features or size you are looking for?

How about this? It is about at the mid point of your budget so you can allocate the excess to other components! :) It has good reviews on Amazon and Newegg.

What do you think of the ASRock Z170 Exreme6+ ? Would it look good inside a nzxt h440 white case?
