Making First PC.

Hey guys, i want to build a streaming pc and would like you know your advice on anything that could be wrong or would be better for a streaming pc.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600k

CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x61

Motherboard: Asus Z170-A

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-3000

Storage: Kingston Predator 240GB M.2 ssd, WD Black series 1TB 7200RPM Hard Drive

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB

Case: NZXT H440 White/Black ATX Mid Tower

PSU: Corsair RMx 650

 

 

 

        I already Bought the Power supply and thee hard drive, so i can't make any adjustments to those parts. But open to any suggestions on any of the other parts.

Get an i7 if you can. If you want to also save money get 1tb blue 7200rpm if you can get it.

Oh if you're getting random BSODs then I would suggest updating the bios.

WD Black is better then WD Blue.

Build the PC first, ask about problems later. There is no sense in us giving advice to you for a problem that may not happen. Also, I would swap out the hyperX predator for a samsung 950 pro 256GB instead. It is both cheaper and faster.

That was my question if i should swap any parts and if it's an okay build to buy thee parts. And thanks on the 950 advice will make sure to get that m.2

Yes i had it on mind to get the 6700k, but i'm having trouble finding it. It really goes off the market really quick. And I already have the black 1tb hard drive, i would only change it if i would more storage, but thanks

Oh I misread that. It would be good to get the 6700k for streaming, but as you said, hard to get.
