Best Budget Microphone

I am looking to do Skype and voice overs. I prefer one that will last a while, and has good quality for a budget price.

My budget is about $20, and I am shopping on Amazon US.

I would really recommend the samson meteor if you want to go budget. But if you really cannot afford it then go with the clip on mics, or any form of mic that samson sells.

you should really try to save up like $30 more and get something like a snowball

Maybe this would be nice...I'm not sure if the quality will be good but the ratings seem okay. If you're willing to spend more I think this or this would be great options (I actually used the latter one before I switched to an XLR microphone and an audio interface). You can also find a decent used microphone within your budget, that is if you're keen on using a used microphone (Who knows what it's been used for! ).
